    I received a call from this number. I asked for documentation for the debt they refused saying I can only get a discharge of debt once I pay. I found that to be suspicious and I can’t find any information on the company they claimed to be other then an insurance agency. I refuse to pay them they threatened me with court. I am willing to pay, although I thought this was handled 5 years ago. This debt is apparently from 2013/2014.

    As soon as they refused to provide WRITTEN proof of this "supposed debt", they violated a basic law - as well as threatening court action.  Give your state attorney general a call & www.consumerfinance,gov .
