The lady Sharon stated she was from Legal Services  Not sure if all its true. Be careful she has personal info.

Called my parents and myself, does have a lot of personal information. I think it may be a scam, not 100% sure!!!

A lady names Sharon called stating she is from Legal Services.  Had a lot of information from 10years ago that I had.  Stated I still had an open case and owed money.  She claimed that she sent me information which I never got anything or I would of responded to it sooner.  I do believe it's a scam.

Do not engage with these people. The information came from an old debt that was either paid or not paid. If the debt is legitimate they would give the company hey are calling from and all pertinent information. Let them serve papers or file a case, at least this way you know it is something that is a true debt and can truly be collected on. People actually give their bank accounts and information over the phone which keeps these scam artist in business. Stop doing that. A true company will send you certified mail that has all he correct debt information. Then you should take it to a layer and have them look it over as well. Even more sad, people have actually made an honest effort in paying these sharks, only to have hem turn around and sell your information again!! Then the harassment starts all over! It's not worth it. Do not engage and let them serve or file legally!
