Did they tell u what they wanted? I think its a scam

Just received a call from someone named Dusti from 562-999-7135. She gave me the 855 nuber to call back and said she was a locator for a company called Accurate (never heard of).  She started threatening and saying she was on her way to serve papers. She started asking for my superviser when I flat out told her that her call was a scam and she started insisting on speaking to a supervisor or H.R. then she got pissy and hung up

I also received a call from someone named Bruce at 828-270-7814 who also said he was a locator and that he needed to get some information to serve papers, but then he never asked any questions, just said I needed to call the 855 number.

Rec'd calls from 605-540-4050 from Jackie Scott that an order was turned over to her and read off a claim number then 855-817-1895 and that I would be served with paperwork at my home and place of employment then ended with "you have been officially notified"

my parents have also rec'd calls from a 712/Sioux City IA number with the same message left for me...different name and hard to understand.

Caller said he was Spencer Lloyd ? and wanted to talk to my daughter about a claim filed against her???
Said it was her last chance and he had her address.  He was calling my cell, my home, and making like a fool.  Never said what it was about.  "Give me her contact number or how can I get in touch with her"

The man that called my cell phone "Assumed" he was talking to my daughter and made all kinds of threats.  On top of that he was a real crappy sound end of a north bound mule!  He never gave me a chance to tell him I wasn't my daughter he just rattled off threats of 'someone' coming to my door regarding whatever the matter is.  This man, Spencer Lloyd, is the worst nightmare of a human I have ever heard.  He called from a blocked number and would not leave his phone number.  If he comes to my door my husband and I have a few choice words him, and an attitude to go with it that he won't want to here.  Perhaps he should take some manner lessons.  Some one gets tacky and hateful with me when I am not the one he wants to talk to, they better start backing down my sidewalk and get in his call and leave before the police show up and take him off for harassment and making threats to me, or any one in my family.  Hell hath no furry like a woman protecting herself or family.

I got a call saying they were calling obmn behalf of ameican web. And threaten me saying I would go to jail for fraud for breaking a binding contract. They had a locator call and told me to call this number with a case number. When calling they were rude and said if didn't pay 1440 I would be served with papers. I will take my chances in court.

I also got a call saying also I would be served with papers at my place of employment and residence, I do not even have an employer since I am retired. Sounded threatning. It's a scare tactic I think it is from a payday loan company I don't ever have to pay back since these loans are illegal in NC, although I paid them 3 times over in renewal fees for these high priced loans. They are illegal so let them send somebody with papers, its just a piece of paper, no such thing as a debtor's prison. Only if you have committed fraud taken millions of dollars from investor's, if this was the case the prison's would be overflowing. Everybody has rights so don't let this behavior scare you, they are scammer's and that's the only payday they know.

Oh I meant to say on my last post the number that called me was a Kylie Jordan or that's who she said she was and the number she gave me was 877-611-0374  and it comes up on called ID as 828-270-7814 saying its a local number but gets very sarcastic and says to call the 877 nimber listed above, its the same message you other people are getting only its a different number, these people must be operating in every state, so beware. They better not show up here demanding money or I'll turn Brutus the pitbull loose on them and he will shred those papers, oh how he likes to rip trash apart.

Tara have you got anymore calls from this number, I have got 5 today and its also 828-270-7814 and identifies herself as Kylie Jordan. I don't fool with them or give them any information. They use scare tactics, that's the strategy a scam artist uses. Said they was sending a deputy out to serve me papers, I called the sheriff's office and they laughed  said please this is a scam tht they had got hundreds of calls on this and they said the same thing to them and there was no deputy on the way, that they didn't do business that way unless it was legal like serving divorce papers, and they don't arrest you for that.

Peg got the same message numerous times on my answering machine and not a thing has happened. Do not talk to them they are scammers. They give you code numbers to call, this is a trap to get your ssn number and bank account and credit cards nos. and then they will have access to all your accounts, give them no info whatsoever, it's nothing but scare tactics and they have worked but people have been warned to not fall for this. These people are working out of a warehouse or the trunk of a car.

Pam its a scam. Everybody here in my hometown has got those calls and unfortunately some fell for it and now trying to get their money back and it's gone forever.
