trying to threaten me about a law suit in my area even while the guy was chomping on food.  Saying I better call or I will see them in court.

caller is tell me that he is calling because of fraud and crime behavioral by me so i need to call back quick

Said there was a "notice of intent" filed against me, to call back this number and gave a reference number. She then Wished me luck. Wouldn't I have received that in writing if it were true? I have no idea what these people want.

Claudia,   They want to scare the BeejeeBees out of you and make you do something hasty and stupid.
It is a scam,  and there are bunches of the locust out trying to do the scam at the same time.
Since this scare scam started,  they have been very successful and all of them are getting on the gang wagon. Don't worry about it.   Unless you have something hidden in your closet,  they are trying to scam you.
I'd like to see what their "Notice of intent"   looks like.

Yeah they call saying that a pending summons is going to be served.. Yeah whatever fraudsters. Oh that i'm going to be served with a lawsuit if I don't call them back.. LOL.. Eff them! 6 months later of these calls, and the documents never show up for court. Eff-in scam.. I hang up on them every am.

this man ethan hunt called my relitive and threatend him to give a message to  me that i need to contact this number  1855-817-2942 said i was in serioustrouble ove a 4 hundred dollar dept and it i didnt pay to day i was going to court and even jail he wouldnt even give me time to, make payment arrangement just said i needed to have a money card and  load the money on there today and send it no questions asked he even read my credit he said witch ive got no credit  so what shall i do send them the money  i even called back and aske to speak with the attornys  my self he said i couldnt that he would lose his job if i tried to speak to them he gave a code or file number and now he is hurassing my family members and friends that i need to call and send the money now or im going to jail

well,  first off,  he violated about every law there is in debt collection.   whether or not you owe the debt is not relative.  He must validate the debt in writing,  upon your request,  thus affording you the opportunity to dispute the claim.  Since he verbally attacked you and denied your rights to get proof of his claim,  he is trying to scare you into blindly paying for something that may or may not be collectable.  Don't pay him a dime.  Tell him that you refuse to discuss the legal issues of any debt until it is validated in writing and you are given the opportunity to review and dispute it if applicable.

Yeah I get this B.S calls from a Lynn Benson on my VM each day that a pending summons is being filed against me.... Who the eff cares scammers. Maybe she will get tired and stop calling me eventually. I guess my legal documents aren't comming. Its been about 3 months. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
