I received a call claiming to have some sort or legal dispute and I needed to return the call with any information before they send out legal paperwork to my home or work place

I received the same call telling me I had a legal dispute and needed to call the number and provide information so that they can send paperwork out to my residence or work place and would be filed in District Court.

I got a call from this #. They left a voicemail saying something about a civil suit and they wanted to talk to me before they served papers to my residence or place of work. Bunch of BS. Anyone have this happen??? They are just phishing for your personal info most likely, don't call them back

Fake debt collector, trying to scare me into believing that I had an outstanding debt that was going to become a lawsuit unless I paid my debt right then over the phone. Last chance or a process server would be on my doorstep the next day. Didn't pay and haven't seen a process server or gotten any debt collection notices in the mail yet!

Caller left message stating I need to call their office to verify information on legal documents.

Got a call from the telephone number, no company name just a message and them computerized inserted my name and said to call the 855 817 4849.
