received half a message stating "......if I would like to handle outside of court, please dial this # and ask for an arbitrator".
I THINK it's a scam call.

This scam contacted my mother and sister and stated they were trying to deliver legal documents and coundn't find me. They use different phone numbers because i was contacted back in January  with the same scam saying i owe money and if i don't pay they were going to issue arrest warrant. **scam do not give any information or confirm any they have even if they do have correct info about you. This is their livelyhood and they make an effort to obtain certain info about you in order to carry out their scam.

Didn't say who they were or who they were leaving the message for,same situation as what others are reporting...scam!

He left a message that he was from Nationwide and wanted to settle out of court.  I called back and there was no information that it was Nationwide, just some rock music and then to leave a message for the arbitration department.  I am sure it was a scam since he never called me back.

I have no idea who this company is. They called and left a message about court. I called the number back and they asked for an ex of mine that I have no relationship with. Sounds like a scam

Called a phone that does not belong to me looking for me, stating there was a summons issued for me in Dallas County for fraud.  This account was closed 6 years ago, and I have never heard a thing about this.  Dallas County has no records of anything ever filed on me!!!  Lady I spoke to at the Court told me to secure my bank account and watch my credit.
