(I have a disputed huge bill with them, whom I consider to be a corrupt/racketeering business.)

Southwest Credit Collections or something along that line.  Also collects for AT&T.   I started U-Verse internet service in January and asked specifically if I could take the service when I moved and was told yes.  It took more than sixty days to receive an initial bill and with "installation costs" it was over $350 for only 1 month of service, which it turns out I could not move with me after all.  I had disputed some of the bill and this company apparently just took over the account.

I am on the do not call list but this number calls and a recording says to hold for an important message

STOP CALLING ME....EVERY DAY...EVERY DAY

The call came on my cell phone - caller ID showed a Detroit, MI number 313-208-7088 but they left a message stating it was Stellar Communications and to call the 855 number.  They had the correct name but I have no debts.  Apparently, the auto-message on my voicemail is one of those that states "by listening to this message you confirm that you are _____ "

There was no other info given and I get a fast busy signal when calling back - so I'm not attempting any more contact - the number is blocked

They are trying to collect on an old Dish network account that was paid in full.

This company has called my work, my phone and does so throughout the day. I finally called them back and some guy named Danny Anderson 615-207-2973 one of 5 in Nashville, refused to identify who he works for and why all the calls to my number even denying calling my number although I have the numbers and messages recorded. The  1-855-820-6086 people call then deny they are calling from that number. One lady said they were in Texas. The number origin is in Idaho. The next time I called they wanted some case number then refused to give me any further information. They were rude, uneducated, unprofessional and I want them to stop harassing me and my family and my workplace.

These scam artists got their hands on my name/tel number AND the phone numbers for several of my relatives.  The premise is that I owe money/am getting sued. It's totally false. They are scam artists.  They've been harassing me and family for about a year now.  No matter what they say, "Verizon" or whatever they are just making it up.  Hang up. Report them to your state's Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission and local law enforcement.

This URG a debt collector or so they say. They tell you, you owe money for loans you've taken out through short term lenders like Cash Advance or Quick Cash... so on and so forth. Then con you into providing them with your credit card info then they wipe out your checking account. I filed a law suit against them back in April of this year. My atty and I are suing the pants off these thieves. They got me for $2600.00. ***DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY CARD INFO***

When you call in, the message says it is ADR Arbitration.  Seems a little fishy.

They faxed my CPA asking for a Power of Attorney for a Corporation I no longer own. I have no idea how they found the name of my CPA or the Fax number of my CPA. Ignore anything you get from this company. I cannot find out who owns this number.

Same here - I've never had Verizon in my life, LOL! Wish these people would get their facts straight before filling up my answering machine.

I have no outstanding debts, so I don't know why they're bothering me. But I don't pick up.
