I got an automated voice message from this number.  Based on the discussion on this site, I thought it was from the debt collection agency.  When I called the number back, however, the person answering the phone, who had a foreign accent, wanted to confirm my name and phone number.  When he confirmed this information, he said I was under investigation, and he told me to call my local administrative office, which he clarified to be the local social security administration office.  He did not provide me any more information, obviously.  So, now this scammer has my correct name, age and number, and he has a recording of me saying "yes" on the call, assuming he recorded it.  Please be more careful than I was.

They mailed my son saying he owed medical bills and after he verified the bills were payed, we asked Affiliate for the bill (in writing) they said he owed. They never responded to that request but when I let them know the hospital said it was payed, they backed off. Then I got a call one month later from the same blocked number. Do not pay them and request they stop calling and only correspond in writing!!
