I keep getting messages with a red stop sign. They say my account is several months past due but I PayPal takes out my payments automatically.  There a warning from Gmail that this number looks suspicious.  When I call this number an automatic service with woman's voice ask for my telephone number that's associated with my account. I typed it in correctly several times and the automated service says they can't find my account and they need my social security number. That sounds very suspicious to me so I ended the call.
