Who are these people?  Someone named Brenda called and left a message on my cell stating I am a point of contact for someone I know (she mentioned their name) and that I have a legal obligation to return their call..........

I also receive a call but who are they?

I just got a message from them giving a legal notification to someone I don't know. I called them back to let them know they had the wrong number and their name is Alliance Solutions and they seem to be some sort of legal department.

I just got a call from a woman named Melinda  from this no. 855-823-1621 and  she left a message   concerning verifying that an Angela Mc Leroy lived at this address.  Then she said when I call that the case no._ _ _ _ _ _ is the one I need to ask for when I respond.  So happens no one by that name lives here or ever lived here.  Also the caller said right after that "This confirms  that this Angela has been notified.  
Really weird.

A woman identifying herself as Melinda McCormick from Alliance Solutions  was calling for Angela ..............., to verify that this phone no. was hers and that she should respond to Case No............. at 855-823-1621 for some charges that are being filed against her and that the paperwork was being filed.  Then this caller said that the call was confirmed that this woman Angela............received it.

No such person ever lived here.  I've had my phone no. for almost 20 yrs.  So Alliance Solutions, I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau today and the FBI.

I got a message on my answering machine today.  called that no. back to tell them u got the wrong no. and when I did,  only got a voice message and a hang up.

I got a call from this morning tell me that court papers were take out on me for fruad and that they did not want to serve the papers on me if I would call 855-823-1621. I owe a payday loan and IRS took fund from my account on 4-17-13. I could not do anything about that. So that put me behind on my bills I normally pay. When this man spoke to me name Bob Johnson  he want me to contact this number listed within 45 minutes .I did call spoke to someone name Jason he want to work with me in repaying the funds. I have no problem if they will assist me with lower payments to pay back that which I did use. But for $250 dollars they wanted me to pay$1500 back. I told the man I did not get that amount.

Are you saying that the IRS  took money out of your account to cover a pay day loan?
I just want to be clear before I make any accusations...

If the IRS took money from you accout,  you must be a conservative non-profit  political group.

No I owed IRS so I had to pay them. But these people that called me about a payday loan saying I owe them $1500 FOR 250 DOLLARS.

NO JUST OWED TAXES AND THEY ADDED INTEREST
