Called initially by a process server with wrong ss#.  Called back several times, then gave me the phone number for legal department... called them and advised of action for fraudulent checks.  Said I owed over $800 but would settle in the next 4 hours for $510.

My mother-in-law received a call from this number and they were asking for me. When I called them they said that it was for a payday loan from Triple Services that I never took out. I never authorized a payday loan from Triple Services. Said that I had 24-48 hours to pay over 600.00 or legal action will be taken. How to I dispute this? Someone help me please.
