I got this message about a court case? They called people I havent spoken to in over 20 years...HMMM

These people keep calling me too!! They even got a hold of my 17 year son on his cell phone and told him they were calling from a court house! I have never given my sons number out to anyone. I can't have them harrassing a minor! I'm sure they are a bill collector. They said they were calling from ACS.

Well I am not for sure about anything because I am now aware of any of my unpaid bills...I mean I have not been sent certifed letter nor served by police about my court date....These people are messed up...I even went on to there web site to see what my account would be and nothing shows on their records??   Crazy

Yes, these people are operating a criminal interprize and try to scare you into belive you've done something wrong, al to get you to sent them payment, via "Western Union", Money Gram Etc.

well I hve researched more on this ASC thing and it is several companies involved such as Advance Cash America...I think this is BS scare tatics and I am not to happy about them somehow contacting poeple I have not spoke to in several years and they call them too....WFH I just dont get it

Did your caller say they were process servers with the state and talk about visits with a summons and wage garnishing ?

This has been happening to me since July.  It's from all different numbers and the latest was an 855 # and they said the exact same thing.  It's all a scam - I owe no money.  They have been harassing my parents and my employers.  I called and reported it to the police but there is not much you can do I don't think?

I received a threatening call from this number and the name they are requesting does not reside here.
TalkIng about fruad and courts 2 hours to call back or!!!!! gutsy to leave it on a machine!
