This morning I woke up to a missed call. It was from an unknown caller. They left a message saying that their "system" has flagged my information. They did not say what for or even who they are. They said to avoid adverse or unwanted action to call them back at 855-823-2655 for their pre-legal division. I have yet to call the number.

Telephone number 913-543-5171 is one of the cover numbers for 855-823-2655. Both phone numbers are connected with a Spam & Scam collections scheme.

Collect as much information on the company as you can, and report it to www.ftc.gov immediately in order to open a federal investigation on this illegal operation.

I also received a call from this number, but it was covered as a another number, 815-424-1106. I had to play the message several times to get that actual number. I also received the message saying that my account has been flagged and to avoid unwanted action, to call the number and press 1 for their pre-legal division. I have not called and don't plan on it.

I also received this automated message with a file nmbr seeking call-back to avoid "further action"...it was covered by a local number: 617-910-1231 -- don't call back the number or they'll note your number as working and sell it to other scammers.
