- none| 4 repliesGirl calling herself Kimberly Rousch calls threatening law suit. Has Last 4 of SS no. and gives a case no. Claiming that we have been served and they will show up at our door or place of business and arrest us. If this were a real summons the local constable would be contacting you and you would have received letters of intent. Not just out of the blue would you receive a threatening phone call. Creeps like this should be sued and jailed for worrying people.

- Sick and TiredGot a phone call from this number and it was a woman saying she was from the state of Pennsylvania. She also rattled off some bogus case number and that charges will be filed against me. Someone would show up at my place of employment and also at my home to rectify the situation. She didn’t even state what was owed or anything like that. I feel very sorry for any elderly people that I get calls like this and that actually believe the message that is left on their VM. How much money is being taken from them from people like this and why is nothing being done! This is such bogus crap and charges need to be filed against people from this number. Can I get an amen !

- Pissed and feel violatedA lady called me stating she is calling to verify my address to serve me a summons. I immediately knew this was bogus bc I know how my city operates with these types of issues and are very familiar with ppl who actually do this type of business work. She rattled off a bogus address and gave me a number to call with more information. I called the number with this fake reference # and it was transferred to the SAME lady that had just called and harrassed me. I recognize the voice bc it was deep, harsh, raspy and she spoke in a fast tone. I called her out on it and she lied saying she didn't know what O was talking about. Said I owed a cash advance of $500 from 10 years ago! Ten years!' I asked was this a joke and she hung up! I called the non emergency number and reported her and Pearl Source Servicing to my local authorities for harrasment and attempt to gain personal information with the intent to mislead and or defraud. If you get this call! Hang up and report them immediately! And if they are reading this you all will be punished to the highiest extent of the law

- Kat replies to Big GunYou're right, it IS a scam. REAL process servers don't call in advance and they don't give you the option to pay your way out of being served. Block and ignore such calls.

- Mel0906| 3 repliesI have voice-to-text for my voicemails, I was left this message by "Tom" yet, it was a woman, LOL. I've copied and pasted the message and am providing it here. RIDICULOUS! She also wished me "good luck" at the end of her voicemail. I wish I could attach the voicemail. SCAMMERS! Though I am VERY curious, may have to call back to see what they say. Maybe give them a taste of there own medicine...if I do, I'll post a follow-up.
