A male left msg but the beginning is NOT on the vm so I'm NOT SURE WHAT or WHO is calling. He says a judgement will be put on me if I or my attorney does NOT contact their office. Also says there will be certified mail sent too.

I got call from the phone number 0000000000. They left a voicemail telling me to call the 8558235218 number saying my truck was in arbitration. They said my name birthday date and make model and year of my truck. The worst and scarier part was they then called my parents cells, left the exact same voicemail and the following day called my aunts number. Mind you I'm current on my truck payments.

Ignore the call. You're being scammed & the caller was an insignificant rodent that can't get a real job. Scammers will go to great lengths in order to steal a buck. They're desperate. Tell the weasel to MAIL you proof of the claims. He won't & that's the end of his scam.

These scammers lookup all they can and then go on a "phishing" campaign by contacting everyone they collected info on and wait until one or more of you call back and confirm the info they found is legitimate. Then the relentless calls will follow for you and each person "related", until they scare a payment out.

Got a call from 8558235218 too. Scammer. Same thing... called everyone on my phone plan including my daughter which scared her...she thought I got hurt. I called them back and told them to go !uck themselves. They told me they were coming with the cops to come get me...oh and to take my cars.... I told them that that would be great... need a break... they hung up. Still waiting for those cops to pick me up damn it!
