- Fed up| 3 repliesThis number seems to be part of ACRM. They keep calling for a person I've never heard of. I phoned back explaining their mistake but I still get calls. I'm fed up.
- Caller: ACRM
- Call type: Debt collector
- frustratedThis number keeps calling even though I have told them repeatedly that I am not the person they are after. They claim its a collection agency. I have had this number for going on 6 years now and they still keep calling about this woman . How long does it take for these people to get the message?
- Annoyed:) I think this is a collection agency with very out dated references, they call asking for some folks who had the number before we did ( if it's the same agency, I don't know,I never answer unknown callers any more!).
- Caller: Who knows

- Laura| 2 repliesWe have been getting calls from this number for MONTHS. I tried to do the right thing and returned their call, tried to explain that the person they are looking for, Aaron Mercer, does not live here, and the guy cut me off and said 'this is what's going to happen next if you don't co-operate'. Needless to say I hung up, but they are so incredibly stupid that instead of actually trying to find this guy, they just continue to send automated calls to my number. I am reporting them to the BBB and filing a harassment complaint against them.

- Tired replies to LauraI hope you are able to get results Laura, because this same phone number has been harassing my phone for two weeks now and even calls back immediately after my answering machine clicks in. I may look into charging them with harassment because they have begun calling twice a day now. I called my service provider to have it blocked from my house but I'm still waiting to see if that works or not. :(
- MartyI recently received a call from 1-855-824-0652, claiming to be "BCRM" or "VCRM". His voice was choppy, almost like talking through fan blades, without the sound of the fan's motor. He wanted someone with my surname, but different first name to call them back immediately, regarding a reference number: BCRM277877. It was supposed to be time sensitive. Our call display, displayed "Private Name" and "Private Number". We didn't pick up, but let it go to voice mail.
- Caller: BCRM
- what is thisgot a call re a personal matter the caller said the person they were trying to reach number had been disconnected and they just used the phone book to find someone with same initials that might be her.

- p'o'dsame thing here - as in, all of the above, I just spoke to a real idiot and he said he would take our number off their system. it is stupid. they are rude and dumb.

- karen replies to Fed upmy daughter was getting these calls as well- we called our phone provider and they gave us a new number free of charge. apparently they use computer generated calls and since her number - like many are recycled- the computer found it in use and "thinks" the other person is using the number.
- Not who your looking forThis lady calls every day, when I called back they couldn't give me any info on why they called or what the company is for. Guy on the phone cut me off mid sentence to transfer me to a voicemail twice. Rude people who don't know what that company is supposedly for. Company name I got was ACRM.

- Quick FixIf you have a Samsung phone add them to your call reject list (don't know how to do it? Google it!) If you dont have a Samsung phone, download a free call reject app and youll never have the issue again! I do owe debts, to Bell and not to Action Collections, I don't need to be harassed and if youre on a budget like me, neither do you! Take care and enjoy!

- JASunfortunately I don't have call blocking , changing my number is not an option too many people needed to update if changing numbers ! if only one could invent a machine that would send a power charge thru the phone lines to knock out their automated dialer ;)

- Annoyed| 1 replyThis number appeared and rang a total of TWENTY times before it finally hung up, and with no message left. What I really would like to know is HOW this number - and there have been others before it - bypasses the answering service provided by our phone company? It's set to kick in after four rings. I guess that an automated number can do whatever it wants and annoy people to no end. I called the number back and the company greeting announced itself as ACRM. When someone attended my call, they said that my number was not in their system, and that there was no way they could place me on their no-call list. If this continues, I'm going to contact my provider directly and see if they can monitor this issue. Frankly, I'm tired of the customers having to do all the legwork ourselves. Surely, there's got to be something they can do for us!
- Caller: ACRM
- Annoyed replies to AnnoyedFollow up: Answered the next call, and noted the name they mentioned. Talked to a rep when I called the number back and told him about the above scenario, and he looked into the name; found more than one instance of it in his calling list, then told me to let the answering machine to pick up the call (IF it does, due to 20 ring bother the last time) and take down a case or reference number from the message left. Thankfully, there have no callbacks, so I have a good feeling that the rep dug in and made sure it won't happen again. He was polite and courteous, so a few minutes spent discussing it is nothing if the calls have stopped. Merry Christmas to all!
- Chris KyleTo the @holes at HTRM, BCRM or ACRM or whatever phony phuck name they give who are using computer equipment to robocall (meaning harass people) and calling from 1-888-850-1511 and asking that you return the call to 1-855-824-0652...
