This is cox customer support telling me someone else wants to set up wifi on my address. Is legit, verified identity n stuff n then fixed my wifi issues.

Ah yes, another person who can't think for themselves.  Why is that?  Why did you not simply call that company up at their known, published phone number and ask them that question?

Claimed to be a Cox representative. Talked about services that were not ordered, Cox had no record on official account. Could hear people talking/children crying in the background.

Telling me someone wants to set up service at my address. Gave a direct line and extension to call.  No record of this call on cox’s end.
