855-824-4050 & 855-824-4040 keep calling my -16 yr old daughter's phone claiming to be collection agents. My daughter is not in collections or debt of any kind. Neither am I. We are on the national do not call list. My credit score is over 800. Daughter is a minor and therefore should not be receiving these calls.

I did not answer the call, but EVERY search site that shows this number has numerous loan or collection ads.

This number answers as 5 lakes debt collection agency. They have been calling my 12 year old son's cell phone. I called them, gave them my number and told them that they have been calling by 12 year old's phone and if they call again I will have my lawyer contact them. They hung up on me!

If a debt collector is calling your child's phone they obviously do not know it is a child's phone. Trust me they would not waste their time on someone who can't give them any money. Call them back & let them know, it is not that serious.
