Got a phone message call from a "Jonathan Walker" Very harassing, illegal tactics used. Implied from Hillsboro court. Said I had to get in touch with plaintiffs within the hour (never said who they were but gave this phone number and when I called in the evening when I got home and found the message, the caller ID identified the call as from a "private caller"-no phone number. When I called the number, the recorded message was "Liberty" whatever that business is and to wait to speak to an "associate" but then no one was available and I could not leave a message so I may check this business or whatever Liberty is more tomorrow) Getting back to "Jonathan Walker" he went on in his phone message to inform me that if I didn't call, I will be in very serious trouble..."2 uniformed officers will come to my place of employment", etc. and implied arrest and court for my criminal activiies of defrauding banks and 2 other serious "counts". This would be funny to be accused of such nonsense if it wasn't so emotionally upsetting and not right. This person and whoever he may be operating with has some serious issues. Even if someone has a concern, there are other ways to deal with it, including sending a letter to tell the person what the perceived problem is in order to resolve it and not by a nasty phone message.

Received a call from the above number asking us if we knew the whereabouts of a certain person.  We have not been involved with this woman for almost 20 years.  They had her last name right (which is  her last name now) and it happened to be my son's ex-wife whom we haven't seen in almost 20 years.  Now why would anyone call the parents of someone's ex when they have her listed with her correct last name now.  The problem she is having has nothing to do with us and I'm sure she wouldn't appreciate her ex-inlaws knowing that she has been served with two citations..

i just received  a call from "Ms. Smith" and said i was listed as a relative.  She said a name but the last name was not correct.  i have not called the office back yet.  she  left a case number on my voicemail.  I will check it out and get back to you.  LOL
