I don't know who they are taking about a bad check

Got a call about "bad checks". No company name. We don't even have checks...

This is about pay day loans. there is nothing they can do to you! they are scare tactics you don't have legal documents, there are no court dates and if you are in the state of TX they really can't touch you!! Most of these are done online and they have no validity, they just want to scare you Don/t fall for it, There is no debtors jail, there is absolutely nothing they can do, you did not commit fraud, they can't sue you, it's all a way to scare  you and get you to pay for something that you couldn't afford to pay anymore because of the ridiculous interest rates.  There are so many FTC and FDCPA laws they viilate by leaving he messages that they do. Don't fall for it, don't pay them a dime!
