- Tyler| 1 replyI got a call on my cell and my home, but it's not even for me. Its for some guy... and they disclosed a lot of personal information, but the last 4 of a social. I have no way of knowing if its correct but just them disclosing and saying Good Luck... at the end was really crazy and bizarre.
They also called my cell phone 5 times in a row before leaving a message.- Caller: Manning & Grompy
- LilyDitto to Tim and Tyler, but my "arbitrator" was John Davis solely for an ?Edward Bess? with a social ending in 2601 (not mine). I will be in SO MUCH trouble if I don't respond. I didn't and won't. He's called three times yesterday and twice today; he left a message each day. Same spiel, he must be reading from a script. Next time I'm tempted to pick up and say Anytown Police Department, how may I direct your call? I'd probably be the one in trouble. Ha.

- taamy.sjohn davis called my special needs 16 daughter and left a message on her phone in regards to some one else's info, the last 4 of thier s.s and wage garnishment info,I called them 4 times, because he hung up on me,when I told him leaving personel info in regards to wage and debt collection on phone services with personal info was illegal(especially when the info he was giving is someone else's) and he got more upset and talked about human error and then he was the police and the name of his place of employment was the usa,I told him if he called her again I would send the police and report to the b.b.b.Oh and he told me he had an special needs child of 15 and didnt bother my child to recieve that info on her phone not understanding why he was using a threatning voice towards her. They need shut down this company if these are the type of employees they choose to hire and represent them, after they are fined out the ass.855-836-0803 ext:507 John Davis is the public info he gave and left on our phone for the company he works for.

- JessieI received several calls from the same "company" by the same "Lisa". I had enough of dealing with them and being threatened. I called my local Attorney General's office and reported them. I would suggest calling yours and talking with the Consumer Reports Division and reporting them. They wanted the phone number and the name of the supposed company name. Also if you have phone numbers, names, and extensions it will help them and they will start an investigation on them. I was also advised not to talk to them. Answer the phone and tell them "This is a scam, you have been reported to the Attorney General" and hang up. DO NOT ARGUE, DO NOT RESPOND, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MORE INFORMATION. She said it might take a few times of them calling to get them to stop but they will take the hint eventually. They are using stolen information and names to contact you. Good Luck!!!

- Caller| 2 repliesI have received several threatening calls from this same number. They have threatened to have serve me with wage garnishment papers from the wage garnishment department for a payday loan that I supposedly got back in 2008. I do not recall ever getting a payday loan, but the lady "Rebecca Ex 509" knew the last phone of my SS# and gave me a number 716-989-0580 to call The Law Offices of Ingram Manning to get more information. When I called the number it was the same recording for 855-836-0803. Apparently its the same people with different numbers and to be honestly they don't sound like a legit company. It sounded like she was reading from a script and all the representatives sound the same.
- ash banks| 4 repliesI had got a call from this company and they where so nice to me i had forgot all about my loan that i had took out and by them just giving me a friendly reminder i was so please thanks guys. That suzan sanders was so wonderful to me I just love her

- yef replies to ash banksReally? You "forgot all about your loan" because they were so nice? Could it be because neither you nor anyone else posting here actually had a loan at all? Go back to the boiler room, shill!
- bob replies to ash banksHay, I know her 'ash banks' She is very nice! Does a great lap dance down at Slim's Hamburger and Bar.
Her best and most renown performances are her pole dancing techniques. My wife always gives me a few extra dollar bills to stuff when I go there. Well, I'm glad that you made a new BFF in Suzan. (aka Misty Rain at the bar) I guess it would pay for all of us to do as you did, and just sit down and think real hard about all those PayDay loans that we took out.....and then we too could do the right thing as you have..... - Erica| 2 replies855-836-0803 number called for me at my dad's house stating that it was in regards to a crimanal case and if I didnt contact the lawyer John A. Manning or IMG, I would be in trouble. My dad contacted me asking me if i was in any kind of trouble w the police and surprised he would even ask me that he played the recording...he said they kept calling. I took the number down. I was so confused because I have never been in any kind of trouble in my life. I called IMG (855-836-0803 extintion 511) Rebecca answered. I gave her the case number that was given in the recording. She said I was being sued and that she couldnt tell me anymore so she transfered the call to an attorney (John A. Manning). He said Paydayone was sueing me for 3087.50 for being unpaid. Still lost and confused I'm asking him what is he talking about. He knew where I worked, wrong number and address but he knew my parent's address. He knew a lot of personal stuff. He said that if I didnt pay my wages would be garnished.i asked what can I do to get this off my name. The word criminal scares me and I want no part in it, so what can I do. I'm the only one working and I get $7.50 /hr. I told him I dnt make enough to pay that. He said he knows exactly how much I make. So, he said the best thing to do was signover my income taxes...He said "cuz I knw u make enough in income tax to pay it." I said no, I dont wanna do that. He said he would try and help me the best he could . He even suggested I ask my parents or my husband. I told him hell no! Why would I do that. He threw me for a loop because he started laughing and said I sounded like I was a very cute lady. I asked him what was he laughing at this was too serious of a matter for me for him to be laughing. He then said in order to pay the $3087.50 i could do it in payments of $271, $443, or $543. I went with $543. I was willing to do anything to get the word "criminal" as far away frm me as possible. I chose the $543 plus $9.95 processing fee on October 14 2012 and November 14 2012. This would void my wages being garnished (is what he told me). He transferred me back to the same lady to give my debit card info including the number on the back and experation number. It was an unsettling situation for me so I started googling The attorney's name and the numbers I was given

- kyle replies to ash banksHoly crap!!! Another Shill with a case of "Loan Dementia".....fortunately this dreaded disease is not catching.
It is usually acquired by SHILLs and scam booster. Put it in writing, Put it in an envelope, Lick it, Post it......simple as that. If it's legit and validated, then some might take it under consideration. - Corvus replies to EricaYou are out of your mind...
Dont give them a dime, they cant just garnish your wages.
They need to take you to court and win first.
They need to prove that you owe the debt, that the debt is not illegal (most payday loans are made illegaly), that they are legaly allowed to collect, that the intereste etc was calculated property, and most importatnly that its not outside the statute of limitations (usually 5 years for revolviing accounts).
Tell them to mail you a letter, once you get that letter write a debt validation letter back, do it certified mail. Google debt validation letter for examples.
They are breaking about a dozen laws, and if you paid them, you reset the statute of limitation, and now are liable for the whole debt.
DONT PAY THEM ANYTHING - Corvus replies to EricaThere is no such thing as a criminal debt collection case, unless you killed someone. All debt cases are civil. So #1 threat is totally wrong.
I am sorry Erica, that you paid them anything. I would be willing to bet that the debits wont stop, so prepare yourself. You may need to close you account. But now that paid them something, they can and will come after you legally. Since you reset the statute of limitations by paying the can now take you to court. There are other ways to fight this.
I would suggest, talk to your lawyer first, that you close your bank account immediately. You will most likely have to either pay them off, or fight. I would fight, its not hard, ive been to court several times to fight these scum.
Most times they dont even have the paperwork to win a court case. They will take it through the court system as long as they can until the judge realizes they have no proof you actually owe the debt.
Also check the payday loan laws in your state...most states have strict guidelines on how they can lend, at what rate etc.
At this point you need help. Unless you are willing to fight yourself. - Corvus replies to CallerThese guys are not legit, I cant find their law firm, I cant find anything about them.
Just FYI, you need to be licensed to collect, and in NY they are required to give you there license number. If you ask them for it they get pissed. Ask for their mailing address too so you can send a cease and decist.
I cant wait till i get an actual address for these fakes, I have the biggest freaking lawsuit lined up, have reported them to various gvt agencies.
They cant prove anything, and dont let them scare you into paying anything, only pay if they can prove it in a court of law. most times they cant, usually cuz its outside the statute of limitations. and also because they rarely have the documentation to back it up.
Lastly, if anyone is getting sued, be sure to save your voicemails where they say there is a lawsuit agaisnt you. Funny thing is they told me they had a criminal suit agasint me...lol really when did debt lawsuits start going to criminal court. Come on, they are just trying to frighten you into paying them something, then the statute of limitations is reset and they can collect everything legally. Thats right, thats why you dont pay them a freakin dime, fight for your rights! - Dennis NorthimeSame exact situation as with Erica and this PayDayOne loan...... Threats, threats, and more threats!!! While i was on the phone with them another person within their business was trying to call in! This is pathetic!!!!!
