Left a message regarding my "delinquent account" with no business name or what debt they were referring to and threatening legal action and sending it to collections. I have no such outstanding account.

I've been receiving multiple phone calls also from an unknown caller advising me to call this number because of a "serious matter on their desk".  It's a recording message so there's no way to ask question.  The recording threatens all kinds of legal action if I don't respond.  I haven't responded because I had a similar situation about 3 years ago.  When I called the number back I spoke with a live person who said they were collecting from an unpaid debt which occurred 25 years ago.  I reported them to my state attorney general's office and they got them off my back.  It's probably the same scam.

Repetetive recorder phone message directing me to call 855-837-9986 due to an "unresolved matter".  Disregard this call.  It's a collection agency trying to collect alleged unpaid balances on credit cards, etc.  Report them to your state attorney general's office.
