This lady claiming to be angila king calls says two charges filed against me an im going to be hit with a summons home or at work. Heres the new number there scamming with 1/216/920/7705. Saying fraudulant checks an something about my social security.

I too got a phone call of fraud against my name and social sec number 2 cases they said for me to call them back and speak to someone in the legal department.this is the number I have to call back 406-272-7078 some mess as other people and I'm going to report it also

How did you get them to stop? I am in Fl and this same lady leaves the same mean harrassing message at least 3-4 times a week. Its extremely frustrating.

This guy has also called me several times a week stating that hes calling for the same reason. He sounds very intimidating and 'official' however after reading all these comments, I am glad I did not fall for his scare tactics. They need to be stopped.

got the same voicemail today, saying there were fraud charges pending against my name and social and that they tried serving me at home and if they don't hear from me they will come to my job to serve me..this is not the first time i have been harrassed like this. The women left no name and no call back number only a case number that i have looked up and it is not found.

Yes, I got the same type of call. Claimed there was fraudulent activity associated with my name and SSN. The whole bit sounded like a scam. Even if you are having charges filed against you (which I seriously doubt), you do not forfeit your rights. That is why you are served and notified of a court date so that you can present your case to a judge. Whoever called me did not reveal her name or the company that she works for, and that is always a tip-off for a scam. I reported the number that called me to the FCC and indicated that I believe this is a scam and that people need to be warned.

I too got tbe same message twice from phone number 804-402-4238. It was a woman and she told me to contact them and speak to the legal department. I will be notifying my local law inforcement about these calls..hope this will stop.
