Claims to be from blue cross blue shield. Call back # but hell no!

Claimed to be Blue Cross Blue Shield. Wanting me to sign up for some "free" service offered on my plan. Nope. Not interested. Hung up.

called the number back. Ashley advised she would transfer me to the correct person. ( a dog barking in the background, so not an office).  She tried transferring me to the "correct person".  No one available to take the call.

Just recieved this call and even a letter in the mail the day before. Very suspicious

From Blue Cross Blue Shield Livonga health services.  Told them if they want to send me info to do it thru the mail.  Told them I'd had enough of scammers calling me.  The day before an Indian speaker foreign accent asked me if I had diabetes.  I yelled back and said NO I DON'T HAVE  DIARRHEA and hung up on him!
