This number called me, my family and my work leaving messages they are "the legal department" and processing case file #xxxxxx.

I have no legal issues or negative issues and believe this is a scam no bordering on harassment.

NLS called my home asked to speak to myself and my husband pertaining to getting information about my daughter.  They not only threatened her but stated that there was a warrant for her arrest in Leon County.  WE called the sheriff's department and they are not affiliated with LEon County nor do they know who this company is.   The company stated that she will  has three counts of financial fraud.  WE are waiting for the Sheriffs department to come and arrest her.  The crazy thing is that she does not live in that area and has not for a full year.  But yet no mail sent to my address from this so-called NLS.  The african american lady was really rude.  Their names are  Nicole Fisher and Kathy Johnson if that is their real names.  BEWARE!!!! these scam artists are up to no good.

Every few weeks I get a call from an unknown number today the woman left her name Nicole Fisher she called me at work and left a message she said if I didn't call her back she was going to call my employer. She left messages on a couple of my coworkers phone along with my supervisor. I don't owe anyone any money and they are saying they have a summons for me. These people are crazy and they will stop at nothing to get money from people.

Another National Litigation Services scam number.  They call from a variety of numbers.  I'm thinking they are located in Corona CA, but I can't be certain.  Ignore them and block their numbers.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.
