Yes they called a family member and stated I have a court case and left a case number. I have not called them back as of  yet

I got the same call. I know if you are going to be summoned to go to court, they call and warn you. Yet another scam! They will try to get you to pay bills that are similar to the ones on your credit and take your money. They got me in 2009. But never again.

Yep, another scam call.  But this time a Kelly Wilson from another company calls and says that this is the civil division.  You are not warned ahead of time for a summons.  Give me a break.

They called my boyfriend's mother.  After she and my boyfriend called them back and got nowhere, and after I researched them online, I called back.  Of course, they wanted the "last 2" of my ss#.  I told "Jamie" there's no way I'm giving out that information.  She said, "well I have your entire ss# in front of me, I just need you to tell me the last 2 to verify your identity".  I told her no way, I've read about your company online.  She said, "well, why did you call back if you've read about us online?  just wait until you've been served, good day. "  Then she hung up on me.
I WOULD DEFINITELY SAY THAT THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!
By the way, they claim to be MYERS, MORGAN & ASSOCIATES.

after posting the above comments, I found SEVERAL reports on WWW.RIPOFFREPORT.COM about this company.

They called and left a message for my husband with a civil case number# claiming he had a civil case for a visa credit card. And asked if he wanted to settle by making an arrangement. They has his SS#. We had him on three way and he wanted to settle out of court for 2500.00

I've received numerous calls from this number and my inlaws have also received multiple calls asking for me.  Thank you for posting that this was a scam!  They told my father in law that there was a civil suit against me and gave them a 3 digit case number.  Case numbers are never 3 digits!!  They also said that the information was sealed and bound, what ever that is supposed to mean.

This number has been calling me for weeks! I live in Georgia and my mom is getting calls in Alabama looking for me, also. They gave a case number and a few weeks I called to see what it was. It was like a big secret... No company name, no information and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes to transfer me. I hung up since they said I was " being served" the next day and I told them I would be home. No service.  Just more threats of service on a daily basis.

I just got a call today from 832-975-7867 advised me there was a Civil procedure I would be served a sealed summons to appear in court.  As it was sealed she could not tell me what it pertained to advised hat I urgently call 855-857-8922 provided a case number 2015-****07

I too got a call yesterday from them while i was at work. but they didnt leave a message. it rang 3 times and then they hung up. later in the evening the number called back and i had a rude message stating that i was being served papers for fraudulent activity on my credit report....What the Hell? I tried to call the number back but it was a fast busy signal. I personally think it is a scam. They wont be getting any of my money thats for sure.

 I just got a call saying Texas number 832-975-7867 saying to call 1-855-851-8922 & gave me  case #. 'm glad i looked it up on here seeing it's a scam. I was getting all nervous since my day hasn't been going so good and I am behind on some bills after losing my job. I'm not going to call that number then seeing it is a scam. I asked how they gotten my cell # and she said she is just  a messenger she didn't know. Ever since I put my resume on job boards with my cell # I have been getting freaky calls.
