keeps getting calls to call this number.  customer called verizon and we called the number found it to be a call center with rude customer service rep who hung up on us 2 times wouldnot say what kind of call center this is

I keep getting a phone call from this number sayin that my file came across his desk and that to get the services (which they never tell you what the services are) to have my social security number available when I call back!
Do they think I am stupid? Or just hoping they came across a stupid person, because #1, I am not calling back, and #2, I dont give my social security # to anyone!!

I got a call from 415-702-4548, and a Mr. Dejenero, who wants me to call him back at 855-865-7692 with my social security number for "security reasons".

Right after 9AM on March 8 this guy calls. I don't pick up unknown numbers
but he's asking for my SS#? ok, stand by caller, I'll get that right to you.
Sorry I missed your call. Geesh~! Not gonna happen dude!!
Guess I need to trace him, track him down and put him in
my scope. WHO ELSE WANTS TO ANNOY ME?

Got a call from this # just after 9.  Message said,"This is Mr. Lopez I'm calling
with a time sensitive matter that just came across my desk."  Not giving my
social security # over the phone.  Really rude

yep i got a call from them today. they called twice.
Mr. Dejenero, who wants me to call him back at 855-865-7692 with my social security number for "security reasons".   i talked to this clown.  he asked me for my SSN i told him first tell me what it is about then he says no, i need the SSN... i hung up on him... he called back same deal so i hung up again.

received a call back message to call 8558657692 with SS# to access my file that is on his desk and if this number does not belong to xxxxxxxx to call back to remove number from the file.  

1st, if it is a legit company, they would give the company name, not just a person name.
2nd, I don't give my SS# to people especially over the phone, if they have it, they can repeat to me.
3rd, I don't call back numbers that don't leave a more detailed message as with company name and exact issue.  
4th, even if this was not my number, why would I call back, so they can try to scam the person that calls to get it removed?

Just for giggles and to see if could get a company name, I called the number back with blocking my id and it just rang, no message that the office is now closed with callback time options or anything, if legit, it would have. Even if it was a direct line to this person, it would have went to voice mail like most companies.

Can we say it is a SCAM or PHISHING!

It's the ERS Group.  A debt collection agency.  

They were actually quite friendly when I called and talked to them.  They updated my records with my attorney contact information for my bankruptcy.

My message today is for Mr. Dejenero (855-865-7692) DIRECTLY: Although I am on the 'do not call' list, I called at least 3 times in the past to get my phone number removed from your company's calling list. Why can't you people respect the LAW and respect us?? I have been called for at least 3 years now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Dejenero, there is no Chanrity or so at the number you/your company keep calling!!!!!!!!!! I can't trust you anymore with calling you again and ask to be removed from your calling list, as I fear that will in fact add my phone number to more calling lists!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call from this number telling me to have my attorney call them. As I have a pending legal notice waiting and they have been retained for this. Any attorney or legal institution in this country would write and not call.

The company they claim to be is located in Florida. The incoming call is 716-862-2900, registered to New York State.
