called my inlaws number looking for me to mail docs... i called back they say its a payday loan would give me when it was or any info, i asked for docs they said they would be mailed.  i said ok go ahead because a couple months ago i was told i would be served papers at a specific time and nothing came of it.

They said they were offering you a payday loan or that they were collecting on a payday loan? I don't have any payday loans and I just got a call from this number.

I keep getting this number calling saying we had gotten a loan in 2007 and had my address from 10 years ago, my job 10 years ago but my spouse and I filed bankruptcy last year to wipe out debt plus myself or my spouse have NEVER had a loan..  Scammers

I monitor my credit report monthly and there is nothing on it about pay day loans or anything for this fly by night corrupt lying scheming group of vultures. My dad had a message left on his machine saying they were trying to deliver a package to me for a faxed order and I called back and got some low life scum sounding woman that at fisrst said they were trying to serve papers on me, in my area, for fraud and then said it was bad checks thru a bank I left over 5 years ago in good standing and then she said it was payday loans.  I had a pay day loan over 7 years ago and paid it off thru the very bank that I left in good standing. I now have the recording asking me to call about a delivery.  I am calling the state attorney general and handing it over to them. I hope these creeps call me again and leave more evidence.  Keep records people and do the same. I won't take this crap from these people and neither should you!  Band together and take them down!! Just got a call from this number as well and they were trying to tell me they were looking for me to serve papers on me for a payday loan that I took out in 2013 for 600.00 and used dollar bank and I told him I haven't taken out any payday loans and asked her what was the dollar bank acct# because that was not me she told me to explain it to the judge...very rude so I hung up on her

This scam artist calls from 855-868-1988 and 855-862-0487.  No telling how many other numbers they call from. They call cell and work with a recorded message about a package.  This is appears to be harassment.

Did they give you a name bc my wife got a call from the 855-868-1988 said it was from ubs

Got a call, I supposedly owe $491 from a loan center that was deposited to my former bank in 2014...it is not on my credit or collections. I don't recall being approved for a loan, I did apply but wasn't approved. These people threatened me with court docs, and my license being revoked.

Where was it from that called you. And was the name a mrs.jackson

These are some sad people working for a company they either know is not legitimate or are just clueless how debt collections really work. They will call at odd hours and mostly leave messages. If you talk to someone and begin to ask questions or anything else they will most likely hang up on you. I suggest you have fun with them and enjoy yourselves at the expense of them. If you don't have the time then just block the phone number and ignore it.

They keep calling my job saying I owe money and now today they called a coworker.

Spoke to a Ms. Haynes at 855-868-1988.  She was a real piece of work from the get go.  I kept asking what she wanted. She said that every time I asked her a question it was adding more $ to the amount I owed them.  She said I committed internet fraud and that playing dumb wasn't a defense.  So then I decided to have some fun with her.  I hung up and called back from a different phone.  I gave her a fake name and she told me the same story as she was looking for "me" in her system.  During this time I asked her where she was calling from.  She told me that was none of my concern.  I said "Is it India?"  She said no.  I said "Austria"  Again no.  So I just started throwing out states after that. Finally she said "Stop it, I am in Connecticut?  Are you satisfied now?"   then I asked her if she was married and she said "Listen, apparently you are challenged, this is very serious business that could send you to federal prison, do you understand that?"  I said "Prison, Like "Orange is the New Black"?  Oh how fun!!!!!!  And she said "I will pray for you" and hung up.

This caller keeps calling my work number saying they have a fax order to deliver something to known address and then recording says my name.  And to call back at 855-862-0487 and the same message to call back at 855-395-2844. The call also originates from 732-289-1868 which is out of Pascataway NJ it is a scam no doubt.
