'This number and a "Sophia White". Didn't say what company she is with. Leaving messages on my work phione and then home phone to call right away to let her know where I want my supena served???!! Very rude, arrogant; threatening legal action and sherriff coming to workplace, etc. No reputable agency would act like this, especially if they had legitimate business matters to discuss.

Has come up as "Private Caller." If this woman calls, report it to authorities and the police. The tactics and practices of whomever she is working with are illegal. If you have a lawyer, take this matter up with him or her.

DO NOT USE this support number,  My father attempted to reach them for assistance and was treated rudely and told that they could help him for $1,000.00.  REALLY!?!

This company is just reaping of the customer they are not from Microsoft they just charged me $450.00 and messed up my computer this company is a hacker they hacked into my bank account to steal my information

Hopefully you got your computer fixed, notified your bank, ran a credit check, signed up for ID theft protection, and notified your email friends that they might get strange emails from you.

This is a number used by a Indian scammer, going by the name of Best Tech 247 in Mineola, NY (also has  offices in NYC and India).
They use various fake english names, but they obviously are from India and have thick Indian accents. Names used are David Gail,Henry MIller, Kevin Gray, and Eddie Willians.

Do Not call this number. They have placed "scareware" on the internet, which infects your computer while you are browsing or searching. It is a malicious pop-up screen which tells you your computer is infected, and directs you to call Microsoft, and  provides this number. Your computer screen is frozen, so you freak out. They convince to turn over control of your computer to them, and use a few tricks (prefetch and netstat tools) to "show" you (fool you into thinking that hackers have taken over your network). They then say it will cost anywhere from $300.00 to $1200.00 to fix your computer. DO NOT FALL for this scam . Do not be fooled by fake positive reviews (their review company is currently being sued for false reviews) or a satisfactory BBB rating. Apparently this company has , in the past, promised to refund -  IF and ONLY IF  the customer removes their bad BBB complaint. Which explains why their rating is B-.

I am currently disputing their $300.00 charge with my Bank, and having my computer diagnosed / cleaned by the Geek Squad at Best Buys.
