THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING ME A WORK

Scammers keep trying to get me to hand over credit card info for debt from 4 years ago. They attempted this 2 months ago and I told them to get lost. Now they are trying to call under another bogus company name. I explained to them that I had already contacted the company that I owed the debt to and they had told me that they sold the loan to another company and that company has already sold the loan as well. He is very unprofessional when angered, just stay calm and let them know that you know the scam! Calls from 855-869-1573 and 855-495-1511.

This man named Bell or Meyer he says he is a investigator keeps calling to my work about 5  times a day to my work and keeps harassing .  I have a person dealing with a loan that I got on 2013 and payments r being made but these people keep calling wanting for me to pay them on the spot.  I m reporting it to the Attorney General of Texas / B B B  / F T C .  He says if I don't pay I will be picked up by police he keeps telling me I will get picked up and served .

Not going to happen, Debt is a civil matter and not criminal! Your doing the right thing to report this, it sounds like a extortion scammer..

This number repeatedly called me and left messages saying a claim was to be filed against me because of a returned check. Funny, since opening any checking accounts I have never written a physical check. After reading these reviews on the scam I blocked the number and they preceded to call me from a blocked number leaving the same recorded message. Not even going to bother calling them back.

this # is calling my work saying they are going to sue me over old debt. when i questioned it , i was screamed at n told they were signing off n would see me in court. they said their name was gmr n they had been retained n paid as a legal service to seek a suit on me in my state n county.

So I have been getting weekly phone calls from this so called JMR LEGAL SERVICES telling me I owe them money. They said that they are going to take it out of my taxes and than turn around and say that they are going to take me to court. I recently had fraud activity with my social, so when I called social security they gave me brief questions to ask any collection agency who calls me in order to know if they are legit or not. If they refuse to give it to me social security told me to hang up because more than likely they are a scam. So when this company called me and I asked one of the questions he got really rude with me started yelling at me wouldn't let me speak at all than hung up on me. When I called back a lady picked up now she was more polite but once I got the question out she hung up on me as well.
Questions to ask Collection Agencies:
-company name
-st address
-phone #
-professional license # along with what state they received it
-representative name
I was also told from social security that it is illegal for a collection agency to threaten to take you to court, garnish your wages or have the irs take it out of your tax return

This number has called my cell, house, and work numbers non-stop...even went so far as to call my father, and my brother in Maryland. The voicemail message that I get states these exact words: "Hello this message is for______from the offices of JMR legal services.  We are calling in regards to a returned item from your bank that requires your immediate attention, it would be in your best interest to have either yourself or your counsel to contact our office to discuss voluntary resolution of this matter.  You may contact us at 855-869-1573 and when calling please refer to file #112197.  Please be adviced that this is not a solictation and we will be expecting a response."   First of all if I had a problem with my bank, they would have sent me correspondence through the mail, and if it was returned item, trust me it would have been deducted from my account through their fees.  A bank under normal circumstances will not automatically turn over your information to an outside collection agency for a bounced check.  Furthermore, these IDIOTS will call my phone throughout the day all the way up to 9 PM with the same automated voicemail.  I do no know that under the Federal law, no debt collector, solictation calls can be made before 8 AM and after 8 PM.  Therefore, these IDIOTS are violating all kinds of federal laws.   Please stop calling me and harrassing me, and leave my family out of this mess.  Whatever happened to the privacy laws and furthermore how did they get their numbers??????
