Got this call tonight at 6:47pm from a guy named Mathew Campbell. Said there was a complaint being filed against blahblah person and if I had any concerns about the pending actions to be taken against me to call this number and reference the file number.  I could hear other people in the background talking and either a squeaky door or chair.  He sounded like a very young man. He was an unknown caller, no caller ID number.

Got a call from 855-872-7001 at my house, cell number, and now my work. Guy claims I owe money and it is in my best interest to call them back because they are going to file papers on me.  Told him I didn't owe anything and that he was a f**king scam.  He got angry and told me to pay my f*king bills.  I ask him to give me his name and address and he hung up on me.  He called me back at work just to tell me b*tch.   This is NOTHING BUT A SCAM! BEWARE!

These guys are professional crooks! Harassed me with multiple blocked numbers and got my Supervisor phone #Said there was a complaint being filed and if I had any concerns about the pending actions to be taken against me to call this number and reference the file number.

Same thing happened to me and they called my kids too.  I think they get the phone number from AT&T our wireless number. First the receptionist calls and leaves the message and they say have you been served yet we have a complaint about you. Then they leave the claim number mine was 71859.  I called as the message was also on my land line, and got passed three receptionist to a guy, and I asked him what he needed, he said I called him, I said I am returning your call and gave the claim number, and he said have a nice day.  I know he knew he was busted.  THE trick is they previously asked for the last four of your social to send it to the right person. I learned that last year DO NOT GIVE THAT INFO OUT.   Let your family know it is an identity theft spam, they will say you have a debt with CHASE or someone and it was 550$ and it is now 2687.50, and if you want to settle today without a legal suit we are offering a settlement of half, payable by 5pm, via checking or credit card. The elderly are trusting so DO not let them pay it is false and a spam. HM

They since then changed their number to 1-855-872-6999 instead of 7001. A Tom Rogers tried intimidating me to pay up or that his collection agency was going to take me to court. He was extremely rude and vulgar. He called my sister who I barely speak to and asked her to have me call them. I called them by blocking my phone number. They said my last four of my social security as if they had me cornered or something. They said my case number, as if it mattered. Something along the lines of 00-xxxxxxCA. They said these charges were really serious. I hung up immediately.
