This is Towers Watson's OneExchange, a private health insurance exchange. My husband is a retired GE employee, and GE is making changes to their health care benefits. They are using OneExchange to help retirees understand and enroll in individual Medicare prescription drug and supplemental plans. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. However, we have a phone appointment scheduled with them for tomorrow morning and I assume that is why they are calling and will probably call back later.

I've received a call twice from this number, and blocked it.  If legitimate companies that you've dealt with in the past are truly interested in contacting you, they should allow their company name to be displayed on the Caller ID.  If Towers Watson wants their calls answered, they, and companies like DirecTv should let people know who they are.  An UNAVAILABLE or UNKNOWN is not going to get legitimate results.

The caller ID was : Jose Martinez and the caller ID # was 956-460-5604. When I called THAT number, I was told it was not in service.  Got a few calls - very unprofessional - claiming to be from Towers Watson.   They were looking for my Mother, who is on GE supplement insurance.   Pretty sure it's a scam.   When I told them my mother was in a nursing home, they put me on hold.  Then said to have the nursing home call 855-873-0103.

These calls are becoming more frequent. They are getting annoying. I am not answering, but looked up the number.

Interesting. I am a former GE employee and all my interests have been transferred to other 3rd parties. I am no longer on any of their insurance/retirement plans. I think it was weird to receive a robot call when they would normally put it in writing and mail to you.

calling my husband who is turning 65 next year about his transition from GE.  I worked for GE 5 years ago.  When calling the # they say maybe it has something to do with life insurance...My HR person has no clue...  me either!

As a FORMER employee GE should not be authorizing ANYONE to call me without my permission.

Then maybe you should be telling GE that instead of some random person who posted on a phone number look-up site 8 years ago.
