Got a call from a number that said private. The person who called had very broken English and left a voicemail saying to call back at this number and also saying they had papers to deliver and someone had to be home to sign for them, and if no one got the papers that there would be an "immediate" lien on our home! I called the number only to talk to a man who refused to give his name, having him tell me that he was going to either collect on a judgment that had been vacated or he would be putting a lien on our property immediately and it didn't matter how much time had passed or what the courts said or what the laws are! He got angry, started yelling at me then hung the phone up on me.
