I was asked to call this phone number in an email I received stated that my rental insurance was about to be cancelled.  The email had a link to welcomehome.com with a tracking number.  When I called the insurance broker, eRenterPlan.com operating under the umbrella RealPage.com, for my insurer, American Modern Home Insurance Company, they were unaware of the email sender, Tina Miller <CancellationNotice@mail.welcomehome.com>, but said this was their phone number.  RealPage.com asked me to forward the email to them as they thought something didn't seem right.  At the time I received the potential phishing email, the welcomehome website simply had a coming soon message.

Thanks for posting something Jay. I received the same email only it had my brother's name, but it was sent to my email address. I ignored it believing it to be a scam. Will subsequently delete.

I've been receiving emails from a person claiming to be Tina Miller claiming to be from a rental insurance company. This email was addressed to my brother and when I tried to use the policy code given to me on the actual website it did not work. Clearly a scam but I wanted to add to the bored to warn any further victims.
