- Janelledaily calls over the past couple weeks, never with a voicemail. Finally answered one and the guy asked to first verify my address before proceeding (was not my address) so he then asked to verify my birth year. I told him there was no way I was going to give him my personal information without knowing who it was or what it was in regards to. Absolute scammers looking for your info. I blocked them, hoping it never comes up again.

- JenCredence Resource Management is a debt collections company that partners with American Medical Response. I had a ambulance bill to pay to American Medical Response, missed a payment, so I was automatically given to collections. I am not 100% they are a scam, but let me tell you the story.
I was called by (855) 875-4065 every day, sometimes twice a day, for a week. I did not answer and they never left a message. Finally, after talking to American Medical Response, I found out (855) 875-4065 was the collections company I needed to pay. So I called. I spoke to a man with a very thick accent (I think Indian?) and he told me they could reduce my bill. We made a deal and in 3 payments I would be done! My dad is lawyer and deals with contracts all the time. He advised me to get this deal in writing before I gave my credit card information over the phone. I asked the man if he could email me what we agreed upon before giving him my credit card information. He told me this was a one time deal and could not email me. I told him I was uncomfortable giving my information without his assurance. He then got his supervisor on the phone. I told him that I wanted to take this deal, and I told him that my lawyer (my dad) advised me to not give my information until this was in writing. He said he could not email me or even send a letter, but that it would be okay to give me credit card information. They both kept saying this was a one time deal, therefore they could not email me and confirm it (?). Furthermore, I was not going to get any confirmation or receipt until AFTER ALL the payments were done. We went back and forth saying the same things. In the end, I told them to send my regular bill because I would not be taking the deal.- Caller: Credence Resource Management

- rp grossoI know where the calls are emanating from-
I "won" a laptop, I was told, recently while using someone's Wi-Fi, from their carrier. I usually give them a different first name, when they collect my information.
Well, guess what? This 855 875-4065 call is asking for my fictitious name! Same guy you all are describing- heavy Indian accent and won't tell me what he wants. The last time he called, I told him that guy "passed away".
You can also reply you are on a "do not call" list.
This scares them.- Caller: unidentified

- TLRMy son did take an ambulance trip a year or more ago. No, I didn't pay the bill. Probably a legit company but be careful. I think you should always call the original creditor first and get direct from them the name of the agency it is placed with for collection.
- Call type: Debt collector
- ParentiniCalled my parents (I haven't lived with them. In 20 years) saying Someone is looking for me & is filing paperwork at the court house?!?
- AlysonReceived a call from them multiple times. One time I had no response. The second time they were saying they were debt collectors trying to get $400 from me from an ambulance bill. I did get into an auto accident last year, but the insurance supposedly covered my bills. Why would they be collecting debt for an ambulance company without a proper invoice in the mail? I have not received any sort of bill.
Most likely a fraud.- Caller: credence resource management
