SCAM***Received a call from an unknown number that hung up when i answered then called back and asked if i was cayla. Gave me this number and said i was being served papers to a previous address and gave a file number. called the number that answered "corporate office" and i told them my "file number" and the same person told me I was being sued and asked the last 4 of my social and new address so I can be served. this has happened previously and it was a scam aso i asked the name of the company which he said was WR associates...googled it while i was on the hone and it is a company that repairs water pipes so i new it was a scam. I told him i was not comfortable giving him that info and he said "well i can work with you on lowering the fee that is due but if you want to just ignore it thats on you", real professional. i hung up on him.

SCAM!! Received a call from this number and when I called back they answered " corporate office" I asked what company is this and they said its a law firm. They told me I was being taken to civil court for a bank account that was overdrafted 6 years ago. They said the bank had been unable to collect the debt so they sent me to 3 collection agencies. When they were unable to collect the amount they gave my info to a lawyer and I was going to go to court and the judge will make me pay. I argued with them because I knew I didn't owe anything on that account. He said " well they have documents that prove otherwise". I asked them to send me these documents because I need to talk to a lawyer. He was fairly rude. I called the bank in question and got to their collection center and they said I don't owe them anything. They said somebody just got my information and is trying to scam me and if they call again to keep the same attitude because I don't owe them anything.

They left me a voice mail about a summons to appear in court. I called back after hours. No answer. No answer machine. Legal offices would have a message. I got suspicious. I Googled the number and sure enough scam. I called them today, told them this info. He told me I was wrong and this conversation is over. Wish these people could be stopped since they are known scammers.

called said a complaint was filed against mr and mrs Bell  and needed to get in touch with a Dave Graves and a case number to verify address  first of all they would use our whole names  not mrs and mr also a real server would have all your info and would never tell you he wants to serve you !! low life scum scammer !!

i received a call saying a complaint was being filed against me.I called in and spoke to James Mckessin who gave me information on a overdrafted wells fargo account that i had several years back. I went to wells fargo and spoke with the branch manager who was able to pull up my account which matched the paperwork mailed to me by Mr Mckessin. every thing checked out so i went ahead and settled the account and a 0 balance letter was sent to me after I made my payment.

This person called and identified him self as Steven Taylor and claimed to wanted to know the process my work had for being served a summons. When i asked what company he was calling from he said he was not calling from a company as he was a process server (even though the caller ID was showing a company name-Southland Acquisitions-when you look up this company it has complaints of scam as well) . He fumbled and told me the city i was from. So i asked why i was seeing a 909-903-7505 number on my caller ID. He fumbled again and said it was his cell phone.When i asked why he was calling from his cell he did not answer and asked if i called the number he left for me to call in a previous message (855-878-1135). I told him that i had not but my bank's fraud department was investigating it as i had recently been a victim of identity theft and i had given them the number to add to their investigation. He told me i did not call and when i asked how he knew that since the number he gave me is a TX number and he had a California number but was claiming to be in Florida. and he said they would have emailed him. When i asked "on your cell" he got condescending and threatened to send the police officer to my place of employment right now. Other than that he would not give me any information and insisted i call the 855 number. i did in fact turn both numbers in to my banks fraud department as these individuals have been calling distant family for a few weeks now and have been rude to them as well. called and told me that there was legal action to be filed against me but then number came up blocked and they didn't give me any information. I believe this is a scam.

Mike Turner calling me to report they are trying to serve me to an address in another part of the state. Also said it was in care of my ex wife who disappeared years ago. I believe it to be a scam.
