they called me no caller id, left a message looking for someone who i don't even know, they left my neighbors  address on the message and said that i will be served with papers via fedex employer. i called back and she answered legal dept. not will to give me any details as to how she got my number. i hear a man in the background telling her things, i told her i will report to police for fraud and she said there is no fraud and h/u

This group called me last week w/ no caller ID stating they were sending someone for my signature to my house in the next hour...   They did not just stop with calling me, but somehow located family members contact info and called them looking for me...  When I called back with the number left w/ one relative they answered "Legal department".  When I asked for the name of the company they said McKenzie Litigation.  When asked their location - she answered CA.  I asked for city and address - She said Ontario, CA and would not provide address due to security concerns. While she was on the phone I was looking up McKenzie Litigation Ontario, CA  and nothing came up and I let her know that - she then hung up.

This is a disgusting scam!!!!!!!!!!!   Whatever they are after.

Give your state attorney general a call about the call.  Refusing to give company information is a violation of the FDCPA.
