Caller ID displays “800 service“  Leaves voicemail which is a partial pre-recorded message — they try to make you think the message was cut off so you will call back.  The only part you hear is the phone number.

CID said TOLL FREE CALL.  No message left.  I thought 800 numbers were for customers to call businesses, not the other way around.  I never answer the phone unless I KNOW who's calling, and all numbers I've seen like this are SCAMMER calls.  Ignored

Another internet site said this caller is a recording that tells you your license for Microsoft Windows has expired and, of course, to call them and make the required payment.

Said it was a courtesy call to inform me that my Windows Microsoft licensing is expiring and to call them to get it reinstated. Definitely a SCAM.

I called the number back and said I didn't have a computer and the man with a heavy Indian accent hung up on me before I could offer to pay him money!  Ungrateful!!!

Received an emergency"  robocall saying my Microsoft license was about to expire and to call the 855 #- an Asian answered and wanted info and money

Same stuff -- partial message.   We don't have Microsoft -- told the guy -- l one went dead.  Scumbags.

The infamous your software key on your computer expired, but you’ll have to tell us what it is - scam. Idiots. Called them back and wasted as much of their time as i could. Once they block your call, you’ll get a recorded message that says the magic customer is unavailable to take your call. Go figure

Just forward them to: 214-666-4321.

I just got the same thing, on my cell, and earlier right on my computer AOL, no visible video, just voice message.

I do not like windows 10 or the new AOL!

Scam saying they are from Windows Microsoft. Do not give them any personal information and do not give them any computer information.

It left a voice mail, but did not claim to be from Microsoft--it only had the partial number on the message, like many of the ones above. And as many posters above observed, don't answer the phone if you don't recognize the number. If it's important and legitimate, they'll leave a message. Otherwise . . . Scam!
Interestingly, an hour earlier, a call had come in that had the Caller ID of "Fraud Alert." 662-546-1420--but no message. I'll check that one out next, but I suspect it's a fraud too.
