This is the second day in a row they have called me. Someone named Dan regarding serving me with legal papers.  But today's new wrinkle they called my husband as well.  A nice tip is that usually if you are going to be served they are not going to call you so you don't have the chance to avoid them.  Bring it Dan..can't wait to meet you when you show up at my job today!!

I received a call with no caller ID. They left a voicemail saying that they work for private processing agency and I will be served with formal documents that associated with my name and security number if I did not call them back they will serve me at my job tomorrow if I could not be found that court case would go ahead without me. I have no idea of what they’re talking about

Got a blocked caller id call first from woman claiming to be from "City Serve" and she had papers to serve me. When asked what this was about she said she could not give information but I could call "the attorneys office" at 855-878-6132.
This was a call center. The man was very rude said they are not a debt collector but a mediation firm. He had to "walk next door to legal department" to get the case info and put me on hold. Got back and went on long rant about a payday loan from 2010 I do not remember taking and I don't see as debt on my credit report. He said the lawsuit is pending and I could wind up owing three times the amount and go to jail for check fraud. He finally offered me the opportunity to be transferred to the settlement department and pay only $900 to stop the lawsuit. When I said I think what you're doing is illegal he laughed at me, said good luck in court and hung up.

This is a scam. Even if this debt was real, these collection practices are illegal.

They calked Twice, Someone named Kerry who has dogs barking in the background said they have legal papers . I wish this ignorant C--t would serve me something to me. Lol

Yea, don't answer . They're probably an old debt collector trying to get an answer or response to reopen your case ? I'm not sure  they  called me on 3-13-18 and today 3-14-18.

In response to my earlier message , I did not answer due to the call being restricted . The person "Kerry" tried & wanted to act as if they were some sort of legal firm . They're a debt collector or fraud team trying to get money for very old debts & if you're in Texas , they can't do anything at all , like most other states. Also, if you listen, they never say who they are , what court they're from etc. .....if they did it would be fake, just like the ghetto queen Kerry.

I got a message from Paige saying the same thing but to avoid that to call this 855 number. Sounds automated to me
