Called my cell trying to reach someone I knew in 1987, threatening a law suit in call not returned

Calling me saying I have a law suit her name was melissa davenport. I don't have no law suit so this is a scam

Called me saying I was being sued from 2003....I was 7...Scam!!!!!

left a message on my voice mail at work. Said her name was Alex Brown and action was forwarded to the "Firm" and that I must replay immediately or action would be decided without my input, ended the call with "you've been warned"  this call had SCAM written all over it.

Called alleging a complaint against someone other than me but same last name possibly a family member. Caller ID was blocked and the name did not match the accent of the caller. This is a fishing attempt intended to gather personal information which can help a fraudster access financial accounts. Do not call back even to say they got the wrong phone number. Any piece of information you give will help them in their criminal activities.

It's definitely a scam. Cynthia Miller called fake name b.t.w.  & said I had a complaint against me. She also left a fake reference number. I really wish these scams would just cease!

Caller said her name was Desiree..  the message was the same as all of the ones above however they were trying to reach my husband about a "complaint" and it sounded like a threat of a lawsuit,,,and I'd been "warned". They also left a message on hubby's number.

Keeps calling about a scam law suit. Also same number is (805) 637-7243. This needs to stop.

My computer came on with an error message from “Microsoft” telling me to call this number for Microsoft help.  My computer is locked up!
