This people call my cellphone and left a message as  a robot call
When i call back  the didn't  identify them self as debt collectors just said is cold stone litigation
And that there was a complain against me about 2010 and a payday loan that owes 432.
I ask for some debt validation that she said that
She is not authorize to send this and inmedietly saises red flags  so i said that hiw do i jow if the debt is mine if she doesn't  give me a debt validation  she inmedietly said hiw would you like to aproach this matter and i said well if you dont give me a validation of debt i cant help you
So she said ok so i am going to put you to my manager to proced  with so sume on your name that it will take 24 to 48 hours  at first i panic but later i calm my self because it wasn't  legit everything raise a red flag from not identifing them self that this is an attemp to collect a debt
To not wanting to send a debt validation and of course no one will call you to tell you that you will receive  a sume or get served and of course when you look up the phone number nothing shows up and no registration what so ever of this company

Called my mother's house. Said I had till 2pm to return call or my file would be sent to courthouse. How they got my mother's number I'll never no. I returned the call she stated I could settle out of court for 590.00 or could go to to court. When I asked for proof of debt I was denied. Red flag. The company they were supposedly collecting for was called gti lending a pay day loan company. I found through the bbb site this company went out of business and wrote off all debt owed and didn't sell or give away debt for collecting. A warning statement was one bbbs site stating that anyone trying to collect for gti was a scam and to beware. And so it's just that a scam!!

Received call at 12:20pm. I didn't answer but they left message on cid. Very garbled. Couldn't understand company name. Said they were looking for a Juan ???. No one here by that name. Said if i didn't call back papers would be sent to county court. I'll just ignore but keep track of the calls. Called ftc about this bs awhile ago & i will do it again.

Received a call from this number and the man on the phone stated they had a warrant for my arrest and to call them immediately or they will be sending someone to pick me up. That is the message they left on my vm. Yeah I know and somehow you just think I am going to let you bully me in calling you back. You called the wrong person with this garbage.They are a Collection Agency that is trying to scare people into sending them money for something they don't owe them. Please don't fall for this scam. They stated the paperwork will be filed at my local county court. Really guys, I just had a lady to call me two months ago with the same line and stating I will be arrested if I didn't pay them $1200. You know it is tax season and they are trying to get money from anybody... Good Luck..

Waoo at first i got scare but this is not the first time this happends to me  no debt collector can send you to jail or actually tell you that you would have sums to be served yea rite if someone who  ever will just served you and no questions ask no warnings nothing the sherif will just come to your house  and served  the papers  they were to many red flags with this i now when they refuse to send me a validation of debt i said wow red flags but i just keep going i block this [***] as a matter  of fact  if i dont have you  in my contact list is not going thru  its funny people got nothing  better to do anything to scare people and to trick them on to give up money .
