Just received a call from a unkown/private number from a lady named Sarah. She said she'd come to my house tomorrow between 3-5 to serve some sealed legal documents that require my signature. She gave me the phone number 855-881-1680 as the filing parties number which i called and left a voicemail. She called my landline first (my mom took a message) then called my cell phone. Is this a scam? I found a couple reports saying this is a scam that are identical to what just happened.

Definitely a scam!  You don't get a call before being served, and process servers are paid only to hand those legal documents to you.  IF you were being sued, you'd have gotten lots of letters from an attorney's office and then a visit - unannounced - from a process server.
