I received a voice mail from unknown number saying there was a certified delivery for me.  I called back 885-881-3306 with a case number left on my voicemail.   No business identficartion, and I was asked to identify myself with personal information. I was told I was being sued for a debt in the amount of $998.00.  When I asked for information regarding the debt, I was told that was not the process and they hung up on me.

Why did you either copy and paste most of the first post or post under 2 different names?

Since the same exact words were said to me.. with exception of them calling family members.

So you plagiarized someone's post and then claimed it as your own?  Do you know that is a crime?  Plus you posted misinformation since not all of that plagiarized post applied to you.  Perhaps you should start thinking and posting your own posts?

So instead of writing your own post, in your own words, you copied someone else's. Nice.

My brother received a call from this number, they left a message saying they were trying to reach me in regards to a certified delivery of documents. They then called my work number, I answered and she repeated the same thing that was left on a message to my brother. I asked her what address she has on file and she said it and said they have been trying to deliver legal documents to me. I told her I have not received any notification that anyone was attempting to deliver any legal documents to me. She gave me a case number and a phone number to call. I asked her what company or who this was for. She only stated MRG. I call the number and it rang and rang and rang for 1 minute then went to a general voice mail box. I hung up.

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance. Block and ignore such calls if you can.

I received a call from this number this morning and they said the exact same thing, they had legal documents for me to sign they gave me the same number so I called it and it rang and rang nobody ever answered the phone so I'm gonna say this is a scam and if anyone receives a call from this number avoid it

It happen to me I nov 26 2018. They said they had legal documents for me to sign, and after reading these notes, im not going to waste my time with these scammers. I've had a few of these called me for the pass year and still I see no documents!! Scammers!

I received the following vm today from an Unknown number but the name they reference is not me (Lol!) ... But after reading all these comments it is still a SCAM!:

"This message is solely intended for Andrea Frazier. My name is Jane silver. I'm independent courier calling in regard to some certified documents. I came across my desk that and he was not receiving party. I am at this time scheduled to deliver them and they do require your signature. This is time sensitive. If you have questions regarding the documents, I need to reschedule. My service, date. If you will have to contact the filing party directly as soon as possible their phone number is 855-881-3306 when contacting them you need to revise your case number of 410655. I draft Frasier. The service is your initial notification."
