They called me early in the morning, around 8am, I called back and the man identified himself as working for sprint, he asked for my PIN, phone number, name, and email, all the things they should already know (and all the info to seriously reek havoc upon your account). If you've given this guy ANY information, change any personal information you may have on your Cell Phone account (such as password, PIN). I called Sprint And they said no one from there had contacted me.

I just recently got new phone service through Sprint and the same number 855-881-5357 has called me twice this week. I have not answered either one of the phone calls.

I, too, just got a cell phone with Spring. I did not answer the call.

I received the same call and same number . did not answer the phone new phone no one had phone number

How???   When no one knows who you are,   has no idea of what your phone number is,   and has no means or mechanical ability to do so,     how do you think anyone on this discussion board could block your unwanted caller?   Get a call blocker.

just got a call from this number on a brand new phone i have not given out my number to anyone yet... weird, i did not answer and they did not leave a message.

I also got a call from this number, I just recently subscribed to Sprint.... must be fishing for information....

They sent an email stating they had a $30 unlimited plan and to call that number. Most likely a phishing attempt

I am getting that number to call - in an email.  They are covering all bases I guess.
