I also got a call from this number today. I didn't pickup.

I believe this phone number is related to telemarking personel affiliated with Network Solutions...They have been calling my number for months now, and will not stop! It very much feels like harassment. I also know they have been sued for bilking customers out of thousands of dollars...They steal  from people who would like to start selling on-line. Sometimes they hijack people's domain names. They always upsell even when you request that they stop calling or emailing! This has been my experience since August 2011!

I called them back and asked them to stop calling my number and the person said they would add my number to the do not call list. It is Network Solutions.

They identified as a telemarketer and hung up.

Calls every few hours - when I pick up no one is on the line.
