This is bogus. Someone dumpster dived the name of a past relative and sent it to a living relative's address, asking for an overdue premium payment on a Franklin Madison Accidental Death And Dismemberment insurance policy. This policy never existed, yet there is space to pay its premium with CC number or checking account. I'll show it to my lawyer. I believe it is a scam. That relative never lived anywhere near the address they sent it to. Garbage play

I was charged $27 on my credit card in June and August 2019 under the name FMG ADDINS, which I did not recognize. I called my credit card number, and they said the charge was associated with this number. It was for some kind of insurance, which I had not subscribed to. When I saw reports of fraud associated with this phone number, I immediately requested that my credit card company cancel the charges, and they did so.

This company has charged me 60.75$ for past 3 months now and I realized today. When I asked the bank to look into the charge there phone number was what was listed and nothing else. TD bank says they have never see a charge where just a phone number was listed as the entity charging someone’s account. The bank called on my behalf with me present and it seems it’s a fraud company located in India. HOWEVER this WAS NOT just a CC charge , the have my account number and routing!!! I have no idea how they got it but I have to close my account now (:
