Looks like a spam/fraud. Called and left a voicemail to say they will stop by the house or last known place of employment to serve a signed certified notice of intent in regards to a pending claim. Left a docket number

I received a call from the exact same person.  Same message.  I've been getting this call for weeks.
Seems if they wanted me bad enough, they would come to my house in the evenings when I am home!

Seemed legit to me. I was aware of the issue stuff from my divorce in 2013. They are trying to help me with getting it resolved.

They are also calling from different numbers.  917-522-1822 and 800-462-2892.  I answered today.  First thing he asked was for me to verify my FULL SS #.  I told him no.  He got really rude and creepy.  I hung up.

1. Who are they?  What is their full, legal name
2. What is their legal address (no box numbers)
3. Where is their website?
4. In what states are they licensed?

If you do not answer these questions, you will be considered to be nothing more than a shill for that phone number.

Received call from Dalton Fisk,  has called several family members contact numbers and left the exact same message.  reported that he will be coming to my place of employement and wanted to verify that I will be at work,  advised that Im on his sheet for delivery.  gave my family members the same message has been calling for over a year now. scam and trying to get money out of people 1-877-486-9155
