got this call for my son, but couldn't understand everything she said

going to serve court doc uments   on me at my job. this was the number that called

Lady name something Jackson said to call her because she got a fax across her desk on me and doesn't want to serve me at work cause no one wants to be served at work.

got a call a call to call this number back, call came from 828-229-2063, said to serve me papers for check and bank fraud??? from old address. Any official place could find my address and serve me- scam the area is from NC and i live in Tn.

They called my work and my sister saying they needed to serve me a court summons. Nothing ive been told about the calls make sense. I was at work when they called but didnt ask to talk to me, just my supervisor. Idk what this would be about but it seems like a scam.

Got a  call at work saying they were going to serve me papers at work for an online line I never paid. Cause they didn't have another address to serve me. I gave them my address & cell number. Now the one guy keeps calling my ex mother in law for me regarding this!! I am about to tell them I am gonna file harassment charges on them. Wanna know if this is a spam or what?

This is both false and illegal; you cannot be served anything without proper prior written notice (it takes a period of several months of notifications before due process is met and the case can proceed to court) and if you were going to be served, the process server would show up at your house.  These people use "final warning" and other language including arrest and using your local county to scare you into a response.  DO NOT DO IT.  They will not come to your house.  If you want to check and see if you do have anything in process you can contact your local Clerk of Court.  Now, in many places they have court records online.

These people contacted my cellular telephone with a "RESTRICTED" number and gave this 877 number as a callback with a false claim number that changes each time they leave me a voicemail.  Keep the recordings of your voicemails on your phone in case it gets bad so you can take it to the cops, but also do not worry too much about it.
