Received a call from this number.  Left a message indicating they are CTL-WDW Ltd. calling on behalf of Cogeco.  A quick web search indicated they are a collection agency.  As I do not deal with Cogeco, I am ignoring this for the time being.

This morning I had a message from a lady stating she worked for a a law office. Due to her accent, the message was difficult to understand. She was looking for a man I believe had my phone number before it was given to me by Cogeco. The message stated to call 855-885-2699, which was different than the number identified on my phone.

This afternoon I received another voice mail that indicated the caller was a worker at CTL-WDW Ltd. calling on behalf of Cogeco. Since they have the wrong person I'm ignoring the calls.

Received a message on my voice mail from "Ms. Glover", in regards to a time sensitive matter. She said to call the number and state the file number she left. I am going to ignore it for now. If I receive another call, I will return her call from my work, a lawyers office, in case they have caller-id.

855-740-7717 was the number that showed on my call display.  This guy spoke so fast, he said he was fromm bla-bla & associates-law firm representing a client.  The name of his company associates was totally incoherant.  He gave a case number & said to call him back at 1-855-885-2699.  Be careful about returning calls to people who do not clearly Identify themselves.  There are all kinds of scams out there & I recall not too long ago Revenue Canada's computer's were hacked, so I am extremely leary.  I would think a call sounding this important-a letter would have been sent to a client representing themselves on paper before spilling out information like this.  I will not be returning there call's because I just do not trust phone calls from anyone I don't know or recognize any longer.  My phone has been hi-jacked basically by all types of riff-raff-do be careful.

I looked up "Schilvigo & Associates" & they were not found.

Also received a call from this # claiming to be lawyer; disconcerting that they called me at work; did not call back

Received a phone call from 855-885-2699 claiming to be a law office. No name, only law office name that I couldn't make out. They called asking for different name then anyone living at my address. They said they are calling about theft and they had to send me documents.

I also received a call from this number I ignored it and listened to the message and they stated the we're CT something and gave her name and reference number to a file but also referred to be by name. I will ignore and not call back and if they call again I might return the call. But they were hard to 7 see stand.

Received on my cell phone. Called herself Ashton (grandson) left message with attention my daughters name, left 855-885-2699 to call back before a certain time on a sensitive matter with their client.

I received the same message from "Tamara"..sounded like she was in a room full of other phone callers..I am ignoring.

Left this number 855 885 2699 in a message on my cell..but called from 1844-251-1105..ext 3404 (also reported) "Tamara"from ??? and Johnson law firm. Time sensitive matter and a reference file number..not calling based on all the complaints here!

Called me with ID number 1000. I didn't answer of course.  Some lady left a message saying I'm under investigation on the province that I live in. She knew my first name. She gave me a number to called back, 1-855-885-2699,  case number and her extension number and she's calling from CTL. It sounded like she was in a call centre. She spoke so fast I could hardly understand her, had to listen to the message 3 times. She had a western accent.
I will not call back.

Same number..blah blah legal department..said our was in regards to a legal matter concerning NAV Canada

Also received a call from"miss Glover"..regarding a time sensitive matter with NAV Canada..as I could not understand the law firms name and after googling it and seeing it was a scam I called them to get more dirt on this ...company name after asking her to spell it..SAUVHEVAGEAU in Richmond Hill Ontario. Asked what this was..could hear lots of people in the background..told her I had googled the number and could hear the background noiseand that I had found the scam info..she said she was in another department and could not verify anything  and was very vague. Wanted to transfer me to Miss Glover..told her not to ever call again and that I was reporting this..
I have received calls like this several times of the same type for different reasons..same scenario..different garbled law firm names..all come up as scam numbers

In Ontario, received a call at my work about some case number, girl spoke super fast.  Not calling them back, this has to be a scam as they would not have my work phone number.  My personal phone is easily accessible to anyone that I would have done business with.  Someone earlier mentioned revenue canada was hacked so they could have seen some overpayments that were made to me which are now being paid back.

Am so glad I found this site! I have been harassed by this call #. They began calling in Nov./15 and it continues to this day. Am about to block the calls. Same story as appears on this page. The caller garbles the name of the law firm - Sauvegeau and associates?? Caller now claims to be a "pre-litigation specialist". The script is always the same. "A time-sensitive matter involving a client of theirs and me. They are investigating on client's behalf." I am requested to call a # and quote a case #. Case # has changed recently. I picked up the phone once since the caller was live and not a recording - asked who they were and what they wanted. Would not reveal client or issue. I told them that when I received a written request on law firm letterhead, I would respond by taking letter to a lawyer or police. She Asked for my address and I hung up. Since then, calls have increased in frequency and time of day. Time to block them out! And report.

I literally just got a call from this number, I didn't pick up and let it go to voicemail because I didn't recognize the number, I listened to the voicemail and they gave a name that I had no idea who it was, saying its some law firm about some time sensitive matter in regards to some person, they gave me a case number and wanted me to call back. Luckily I decided to google the number and found this, I won't be calling them back!!!

I just received a call from 855-885-2699 and I could not understand anything the person said.  Didn't give me a name or a reference number.  Have blocked number on my phone, if legitimate person would have spoken slowly and clearly.

I just called them back from a different phone line and told them to remove my number. She said they are looking for "Michael......" I said nope. She said they will remove my number within 24hrs. We will see!!!
