Called today...no message just music playing.  Unknown Name on caller ID.

I've been called from this number a few times on my voicemail.  No clue who this is.  Not sure I want to call back.  They provide no info on the voicemail other than this message is for _________, pleas call back at 855-892-8914.

Caller ID said Out Of Area. We picked it up and it was from Green Tree Servicing, our new mortgage provider.

Katherine from Green Tree Mortgage. Left a message to call at this number. Didn't answer but got voicemail. Also... did NOT say what the call was for. just said to call her.

"I am aahhh...calling for Bezo Dee Kaa-lown, .....about a very impo-tant businezz matter, aahh call me back at 855-892-8914 extension 8914563, I'll be here from 11:00AM to 8:00 PM.. so call me back........."
....and go into a HOLD que for 20-40 minutes.......

Bank of America sold this company my mortgage 3 months ago.  I was current with Bank of America when they transfered my account.   All three payments have been paid to them in full, on the due date, with a confirmation number from their website each time.  They have started calling several of my relatives multiple-times a day claiming I am late.  It has been a complete embarrassing for me and my family.  Do not answer this number unless you enjoy talking to bottom feeders.

So I got this called number back and it just asked for the last 4 of my social security number. Ummm no thanks. If this is Green Tree I'm already so sick of them. My mortgage was also transferred to them and they are saying my payments are late and I set it up with my bank for automatic withdrawal. TRUE bottoms feeders.  Ready to transfer mortgages.

Mark I can relate. Bank Of america did the same thing to me. Im fine on the website but they keep calling me and telling me I am late on my payment. I am going to refinance to get them of my mortgage.

Greentree has called up a neighbor on their cell phone to tell them to ask me to return their call. I am amazed. I don't even have this neighbors number. Greentree has also gotten several of my family members cell phone numbers illigally & have been calling & harassing them at 5am. They call my daughter who's a minor while she's in school. I was with B of A & they sold my mortgage to Greentree. I have a attorney her name is Assal Assassi with Kazerouni Law Group in Costa Mesa, Ca. They go after illegal debt collection practices.  They don't charge up front, they take a portion of your winnings when you win. They have won MULTIPLE lawsuits from suing Greentree. I'm happy with them so far. Their number is 800 400-6808 x4 look them up on the web.  Hope this helps someone.

Just got a call from this number, asked for me by nane.   Ms. Huff checking on the welfare of neighbors across the street.  Asked me to give them her number and have them call her back.  When I checked Caller ID it listed the number as GREEN TREE.  Needless to say I'm not delivering her messare, especially since it's 12 degrees out, snow and icy and I'm disabled!!!  Plus I'm not getting paid to do her job!!

I was with B of A with excellent payment records then all of a sudden Green Tree took over.
Mortgage payment is up to date. Received a call at home and cell phone the other day. Today I received a call at work and answered it, the rep says they haven't received my payment yet and I will be charge with a late fee.

Green tree has to be the WORST mortgage servicing company in the world. They start calling you every day if you did not pay on the due date even though you have a 15 day grace period to pay with out penalty and it not being considered late. And like many of others have stated even though they cashed your check or paid online they still call. They should take the money they spend calling people unnecessarily (terminate the people calling as well) and divided it up on a quarterly basis and put it towards our principle payments

Green Tree is now diTech. They claim not to have received a payment that my bank mailed them well over a week ago!

Someone called from 214 492 7240 and said to call this 855 892 8914 and ask for Natosha. (Really Natosha)? They left me a message saying they were a debt collector. I don't even have a loan through Green Tree or late on any payments.

Got a vm from them today, same message everyone else got, just said he was trying to "help" me, except i've never heard of green tree and i've never had a morgage. Must b wrong #. If they are calling about any debt i've had n the past they can get in line and hold their breath! I'm barely surviving right now, and i have a baby to take care of.
